How we process your personal data when you contact us or request beta access, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The site is static and does not profile visitors; minimal technical browsing data (e.g. IP address) may be processed by the infrastructure providers listed in §05, solely to deliver and secure the service.

We do not use your data for automated marketing or newsletters without your further, specific consent.
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form, including consent, is necessary to handle your request: without it, we cannot get back to you or give you beta access. Any other information is optional.
We process data with electronic tools, adopting adequate security measures. To deliver the service we rely on providers acting as data processors or independent controllers:
Transfers outside the European Union: some providers (Notion, Render, Google) are based in the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards under the GDPR — adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and your possible participation in the beta. In the absence of a subsequent relationship, the data is deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last contact, unless legal obligations require longer retention. You can request its deletion at any time (§07).
As a data subject you have the right, within the limits of the law, to: access your data, request its rectification or erasure, obtain the restriction of or object to processing, request the portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out).
To exercise these rights, write to domenico@dok-innovation.com. If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (garanteprivacy.it).
The site does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools, and does not profile you. The fonts are hosted directly on our site: your browser does not contact Google to load them.
To understand in aggregate how the site is used, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting tool: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not create individual profiles. It measures only aggregate and anonymous statistics (for example number of page views, general source, device type) and some anonymous interaction events (form submission, clicks on the main buttons). The data is hosted in the European Union and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. Since it uses neither cookies nor personal identifiers, no cookie consent banner is required.
