DOK · Decision Oriented Knowledge Dossier — beta by invitation · limited seats  IT · EN
Knowledge that produces decisions

The same AI is available to everyone. The difference is the knowledge you put underneath it.

On the decisions that matter — pricing, customers, innovation, partners — generic AI is brilliant in the abstract and without judgment in the concrete: it reasons on the world's average, not on the evidence of what has actually worked.

That judgment is something we built. 15 years of rigorous work, distilled into structured knowledge. You connect this knowledge to your AI, inside Claude and Notion, and make it evolve toward real problems: it reasons against the evidence, not against the average. With no new software investment.

It doesn't need to learn your business — and it doesn't. What changes is the quality of the knowledge your AI decides on.

§01The beta
Open beta · limited seats

We've just opened the doors, to a limited number of seats. You're not buying a finished product: you're joining a beta — as a builder, not a user.

You use the four kits on your own case and tell us where to make them stronger; every note you send becomes the next version, and your AI is the first to benefit. You don't pay in money: you pay in feedback.

§02Four kits

Four problems you know. Four kits.

They all come from that same distilled knowledge — and that's where their edge over generic AI comes from.

Each one is a kit: a Skill that teaches the method to your AI, the connection to our databases, and a ready Notion template — you install it in your environment in a few minutes.

Pricing Assistant01

«Am I leaving margin on the table?»

It reconstructs how your prices come to be starting from real costs, and shows you the margin for every option, market and customer — backed by pricing models mapped across 55 verticals and a vocabulary of 20 models (subscription, tiered, servitization…) that applies to any sector. You quote faster, and every pricing decision becomes traceable.

Real case

a configurator frozen for 10 years — 18 items × ~150 options — brought back into a transparent pricing logic.

CRM & Customer Intelligence02

«How much revenue is asleep in my customer base?»

It reads your history and shows who buys little, what's missing, and where there's cross- and up-sell — customer by customer. The easiest revenue is the one you already have in-house and don't see. It works only on your data, in your Notion — on a ready template of 4 linked databases.

Real case

77% of the base bought a single line out of 20 → cross-sell rules and a list of the missing products.

Innovation Validator03

«Does my innovation hold up against the evidence of real cases?»

It puts the project to the test across 6 dimensions against over 450 distilled best-practices across 86 verticals, finds the mistake that has already sunk similar projects and returns a scorecard — not a courtesy opinion.

Real case

on a corporate training project it exposed the «man-hours» model that doesn't scale.

R&D Partner Scout04

«Who does what in research in Italy, and who can I partner with?»

It draws from 52,171 records of public Italian research — PNRR, university patents, Horizon projects — and returns a reasoned shortlist of partners in your vertical, without the false positives of a generic search.

Example

from tens of thousands of records to a shortlist of a few names targeted on your topic — not a list to sift through. → The field check and the introduction, later, we do together.

§03How it's made

How it's made, concretely

It lives inside tools you can already use — Claude and Notion. And if you're wondering how it can serve you without learning your business: it's all here — three building blocks, plus the promise on your data.

The method — the Skills

They teach Claude how to reason about your decision (pricing, customers, evaluation, scouting), with distilled experience and working method built in.

Access to knowledge — the MCPs

They connect Claude to the specialized databases: the over 450 distilled best-practices, the Map of Italian R&D and the knowledge base on pricing and innovation. Access, not ownership: nothing to manage, nothing to download. And where your data is needed, the kit asks you for it — it doesn't make it up.

Notion — the workspace

Ready-to-clone templates and, during the beta, your reserved space — which we talk about just below.

Your data stays yours

It works the opposite of what you fear: it's your AI that queries our databases with targeted requests — a sector, a topic — while your conversations and business data never reach us. The CRM even works only inside your Notion. We provide the fuel: the engine stays yours, and only you know how you use it.

§04Once you're in

Your reserved space — alive and tailored

When you enter you don't get a static package to download. We open a Notion page all your own, built around you: your tools, and instructions and advice tuned to your case. And it grows with you: with every piece of feedback we enrich it — new tools, examples, refinements — following your progress. Not a download and done: a space someone tends. Yours.

Your AI improvesnext version

On top of that, once you're in

  • Access to all four kits — not just your starting one — with the guides (installation, behavior, prompts to get going) and the ready-to-clone Notion templates.
  • A direct channel and a 30-minute call each week, for the whole beta.
  • A builder's seat: every note you send goes into the works and you see it land in the «Beta improvements» log — with your contribution next to it.
The builders' pact

From us, time and access. From you, your perspective.

From us: full access, your tailored space and our time. From you: in that weekly call you tell us where the kits need to improve, plus a few quick questions. No price, no purchase commitment: we build.

§05How it works

How it works

  1. Gradual access, limited seats (we start with a small group, in waves). The beta lasts four full weeks — you choose in the form when it would suit you to start.
  2. You install it yourself with the kit's guide: a few minutes, no technical skills — and if you prefer, we do it together on a call.
  3. You use it on your real case, with your data, in your environment.
  4. In return, your builder's feedback: what works, what doesn't, what's missing. Every note goes into the works — and your AI is the first to come out better.

You'll need: a Claude account (the Free plan is enough to start; with Pro you use more kits together) and Notion.

§06Proof
A living example of the method

We map Italian R&D

52,171 records of public Italian research, classified by business problem. Publicly accessible, free, always up to date. It's the same database the R&D Partner Scout draws from.

→ Open the map
Application, not a plan

The output isn't a document that describes what to do: it's a working system you open and use. No training needed, no IT team needed.

§07Beyond the kits

When the problem needs more than one kit, we build the system to measure — in 2 weeks, on your data. In 15 years with over 100 SMEs we've mapped 9 families of recurring problems.

Beyond the kits: the tailored system →

the 9 problems · the results · how we work — and there, the Discovery Call

§08Who it's for

Who it's for

DOK is for those who innovate and can act: innovative and international SMEs, funded scale-ups and founders, R&D and innovation managers.

You'll recognize yourself if
  • you already have a market and real customers, and want to decide better — on pricing, customers, innovation, partners;
  • you want a system you open and use, not a plan to get approved;
  • you move fast: you decide, with your team, without crossing six levels of procurement.

§09Who's behind

Who's behind this

My name is Domenico — Dok to those who know me. Three chapters, a single thread: knowledge as a business advantage.

First · entrepreneur

In 2003 a CRM recognized as Champion in the automotive sector, in 2008 Champion of AI applied to Marketing — long before it was fashionable. I didn't build DOK to advise from the outside: I've been through it.

Then · advisor

Over 100 SMEs supported in innovation and internationalization, evaluator for the European Commission, technology transfer from universities to companies. From the inside, always the same limit: perfect plans that end up in a drawer.

Today · builder

Fifteen years of real cases distilled are the knowledge behind the kits — because the difference isn't the AI, it's the knowledge you give it. DOK doesn't produce documents: it produces systems you open and use. And we build them together, in beta.

§10Enter

Enter the beta

One single step: fill out the form below. We admit in waves, with limited seats. We'll get back to you for access and to set up the first call together. No newsletter, no automated sequences: a person replies to you.

🔒Beta form · a single queue on Notion
Only for communications during the beta.
In one line. This is where I start building your space: the more concrete it is, the better I begin.

Indicative: we'll agree on the exact date together.
